OUR POLICIES

In order to keep 4 Paws Grooming the relaxing environment that it is, we have put some policies in place to maintain everyone’s positive experience. Your pet’s safety is of the utmost importance, and it is our priority to uphold a calm and safe environment. When you visit our salon, please keep these policies in mind. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call.

  • All dogs should be on a leash when brought into the salon
  • All cats should be brought in a carrier
  • All dogs should be taken out for a potty break before being dropped off at the salon
  • We will contact you when your pet is ready to be picked up; please be sure to leave your contact number
  • All pets must be picked up by closing time

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel your appointment, please contact us at 403‑547‑0555 at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Since we must refuse customers to hold your reservation, any cancellations occurring with less than 24-hour notice (or no-shows) will be subject to a $25.00 no-show charge per pet. Groups of 3 or more people require 48 hours cancellation notice.

NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS

If you miss your first scheduled appointment, we will not likely be able to accommodate you back into our schedule. We will do our best to keep you in our rotation if you are a regular client, but can't guarantee your chosen date. Understandably, clients who repeatedly do not show up or are continually late will have to be let go.
